• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Church Canvas
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Country refers to: California, United States
• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Unfinished Studio LLC, 1361 E. Carson St., Carson, CA 90745.
• Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Feedback means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our Service.
• Free Trial refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
• In-app Purchase refers to the purchase of a product, item, service or Subscription made through the Application and subject to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Application Store’s own terms and conditions.
• Promotions refer to contests, sweepstakes or other promotions offered through the Service.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy

AI Disclaimer & Limitations

Our platform incorporates artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate content, insights, or recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, biased, or incorrect. Users should independently verify critical information before relying on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated materials.

User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

Users agree to utilize AI features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards. Prohibited uses of AI-generated content include, but are not limited to:

• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
• Generating or distributing harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Violating intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in improper use of AI features.

Data Usage & Privacy

Our AI may process user data to improve functionality, but we do not retain or use personal data beyond what is necessary to provide services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

AI-generated content may be owned by the user, the company, or may fall into the public domain depending on the specific use case. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use AI-generated content in their projects.

Liability & Indemnification

We disclaim any liability for damages arising from the use of AI-generated content. Users acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with AI-driven outputs.

Compliance with AI Regulations

Our AI features comply with relevant AI regulations, including data protection and ethical AI guidelines. Users agree not to employ our AI tools in ways that violate these regulations or applicable laws.

Use of Ideogram Services

In accordance with Ideogram’s Terms of Service, we have integrated their services into our application. Your use of our application is also subject to Ideogram’s Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Free Trial

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time.

If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by the Company until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You canceled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.

Content

Your Right to Post Content

Our Service allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service.

Content Restrictions

You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Content.

Rights to Generated Content

By using our application, you acknowledge and agree that we retain the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any images generated through our AI-powered platform for marketing, business, community, or educational purposes.

We respect user privacy and will not associate generated content with personally identifiable information without explicit consent. If you have concerns regarding the use of specific generated content, please contact us at hello@churchcanvas.ai.

Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, submit Your notice in writing to admin@churchcanvas.ai.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Fair Use and Account Limits

Church Canvas offers a free plan designed to give individuals and churches limited access to explore the platform. Users agree to the following:

• Each user and church is limited to one free account.
• Creating multiple free accounts to bypass generation limits is prohibited.
• Church Canvas reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to detect abuse.
• Accounts found to be in violation may have access restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
