We just released new Church Canvas updates that give you more control and better creative direction—including moods, smarter style and visual suggestions, 100+ styles, and advanced design settings—so you can create better church graphics faster, with less guesswork.
One of the most common things we hear from churches is this:
“I love what Church Canvas creates… I just want a little more control.”
So we’ve been working behind the scenes to give you better direction, smarter suggestions, and more flexibility—without slowing you down.
Here’s a look at what’s new in Church Canvas.
You can now guide the overall feel of your design by selecting one—or combining multiple—moods.
Whether you’re going for calm, bold, joyful, reverent, or modern, moods help shape the AI prompt behind the scenes so your graphics feel aligned from the very first generation.
Less trial and error. Better starting results.

We’ve added a wave of new styles across both:
That brings our library to 100+ styles, giving you more creative range and more ways to match your church’s voice and aesthetic—without needing design expertise.

Not sure which style works best?
Just type your prompt and Church Canvas will suggest styles from our library that pair well with what you’re creating. It’s a faster way to land on a great direction without guessing.

Sometimes you know what you’re announcing—but not what it should look like.
As you start typing your sermon title or event name, Church Canvas can now suggest visual ideas you can copy directly into your prompt. It’s especially helpful when inspiration is low and Sunday is close.

For those who want to fine-tune their designs even more, we’ve added new advanced options, including:
Small adjustments that make a big difference.

All of these updates were built with one goal in mind:
help churches create better visuals, faster, with less friction.
